How to add eSIM provider to the related Apple support article?

There is an article on the Apple Support portal, where I would like to suggest adding a new provider to the official list of Worldwide Service eSIM Providers.

The suggested company is Ohayu.com, a global travel eSIM provider rated 4.8★ on the App Store

I tried reaching out using live chat, added feedback to the website feedback form, asked our app manager as well, but nobody can refer me to the relevant department or person who can make it happen.

Could you please shed some light on the process or requirements for inclusion? Thanks to anyone who can help with this question.

Hi @AllisonReed -

It sounds like you’ve done a pretty thorough job. Assuming you provided feedback directly on the website, I do have one additional suggestion.

There’s another mechanism for providing website feedback. Feedback - Apple.com Website - Apple. You have to select ‘Website Issues’ from the dropdown - this is the only option that opens a form allowing you to submit feedback.

Complete & submit the form. Since Apple is providing a list, I would probably use ‘omitted information’ for subject and then include the provider in comments. Doublecheck the url routes directly to the page with Apple’s list.

Good luck!
