Unable to resolve 30 min chime problems on Apple Watch Ultra 2

Haven an ultra 2. Hourly, 15 min or 30min interval chiming of the

hour don’t trigger. Sometimes it will but 99% of the time it doesn’t. Went through all the settings, focus modes etc. It’s not on silent, I’ve erased all content & still having issues. Anyone out there having this issue? I love this feature It use to work fine.

Did you check the settings again and maybe choose a different sound?

Your Apple Watch can chime at different intervals, making it easy to track time without looking.

Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Accessibility.
Scroll down and tap Chimes.
Turn Chimes on.
Tap Schedule and set the chimes to play on the hour or every 30 or 15 minutes.
Tap Sounds and change the chime to Birds or Bells.

You can also adjust these settings from your iPhone. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, go to the My Watch tab, tap Accessibility, then tap Chimes.

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I tried it all. Realized if you take the focus mode off on watch it will work as desired. Called Apple Support this is a known topic, they said it’s not technically an issue. They said this is normal behavior of the feature & we have to send feedback to Apple as a request for this feature to work on Focus Modes 🤦🏻‍♂️

Then let Apple know directly about your wishes for future watchOS features by using the Feedback link, as this is the only way to reach them. Apple does not follow these user to user communities.

The more users do that, the more likely those wishes will be noticed by Apple Techs and maybe added in upcoming updates.
