What's up with the search function on the support site?

I'm having trouble with Mail on my Mac. Suddenly, the 'automatically bcc self' has stopped working – the eMail appears in my Sent folder, the recipient receives it, but it never appears in my inbox (as a reminder that I actually sent it).

It's happened once before, a while ago, and I'm sure there was a simple fix, but I can't remember what that fix was.

Anyway, when I type in "automatic bcc failure in Mac Mail", the top 'match' topic is "Automatically restart Windows with Boot Camp on Mac after a power failure"! Subsequent answers are similarly unhelpful.

I'm sure search used to be better than this...
