How do I log into Apple tv as a member of family sharing with my brother?
I have an apple account on my own but cannot log into Apple TV

Why not? What happens when you try?
Do you see the shared subscription on your Mac under Settings ➜ Family?
Has your Apple Account been invited to Family Sharing?
If you have been invited to your Brother's family sharing group, and have successfully joined, the TV subscription should then be available directly in the TV app on any device you are signed in with your Apple Account.
