Sensors/Hardware issues Apple Watch SE gps+cellular 2nd gen

My Apple Watch SE gps+cellular 2nd gen is just over two years old and I'm having sensor/hardware problems. After just under an hour on the phone with Apple Care, the associate ran a diagnostic and informed me of this issue. My rings abruptly stop moving, raise to wake doesn't work, the little exercise guy doesn't move, the green light on the bottom comes on randomly and won't go off, the battery drains faster than usual (Battery health Max Capacity 85%) any suggestions on how to fix, I've done all the obvious... shut down, unpaired/repaired with watch, recalibrate, reset, walked for 20 plus minutes. Any suggestions...
