Error 'an error occurred while preparing the installation' during macOS Ventura installation

I try to recover my mac after erase disk

In recovery mode i star to install os. After download os i got an error "an error occurred while preparing the installation try running this application again"

What should i do, please help!

(I read a lot of articles of recovering, but didn't find needed)
