CarPlay not working on new iPhone despite unpairing and updates

My last phone wasn’t working in my car CarPlay. When it was pairing, there was a notice that it could not work on the CarPlay I change iPhones and the problem still happening. My wife has an iPhone and she doesn’t have that problem. Is it possible that there has been a problem with the last iPhone and it passed to the new iPhone.? I’ve tried unpairing and everything is updated.
