Loud click when I apply light pressure to the bottom of my M4 Macbook Air, around where the left hinge is.

  • When my MacBook is held sideways or upside down with the rubber feet up, applying very light pressure to the bottom of the MacBook, in the left hinge area, causes a click, this click is less prominent when the lid is opened.
  • The hinge's ability to function are unaffected, just want to know what could be causing this and if it could develop into something more serious.
