Can I retrieve deleted videos from my iPhone?
My video got permanently deleted how can I get it back. someone use my phone

The Recently Deleted album is the only place where deleted items are saved for thirty days until they get permanently deleted. Once an item is gone from Recently Deleted you have to use your own backups you made before theater got permanently deleted to recover your photos and videos. Do you have a backup containing the video? Then you can recover the video by restoring the iPhone from this backup, see: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
Restoring from an iCloud backup will only recover your videos, if you have not been using iCloud Photos, because an iCloud backup will not include your photos, and videos, when you are using iCloud Photos.
To protect yourself against people deleting your videos permanently, when they get hold of your iPhone, I recommend to enable the password protection for the hidden photos and the recently Deleted album.
