Genius created playlist Problems

In my I Tunes I select and highlight a song. Then "Genius Suggestions" and finally "Save as Playlist." I will then burn to a CD. The problem that I am having is that when I go back to find the song in my library it is "grayed out." If a choose to burn my own CD using my own created playlist those "grayed out songs" will not burn to the CD. Any suggestions?
