accidentally deleted my back up for icloud on the macbook pro 2023 13 inch
don't ask how but it's managed to format my hdd without saving the back up first so now i can't reset my mac it's stuck on activation lock help please

Macs don't backup to iCloud, at all. So not sure what you may have deleted but it wasn't a backup for your Mac.
You'll need to resolve the Activation Lock issue first. Do you not know the password for the Apple Account its expecting?

If you don't have a backup on an external drive or time capsule, then your data is already gone.
