How to get MacOS to automatically block numbers that are blocked in iOS

I have phone numbers that are blocked in iOS. But when I am using the MacOS computer these numbers are not blocked. Is there any way to properly sync so that when I block a number in iOS it is automatically blocked in MacOS?

By the way, why can I only tag 1 device in the question? This really involves two devices, the iPhone and the Mac.
