Any third party security security/firewall software?
Is your system clock showing the correct time?
Are you in the same region as your iTunes account?
What version of iTunes have you installed?

Answer to your first question, I don’t know.
Second question no.
The time is set correctly.
I installed the latest version of iTunes which is the same as on my old pc, which is still up and running iTunes perfectly
What happens when you try? If there is an error message what is the exact text?
