keyboard input are wrong and causing bugs to trackpad

Hello,

I'am facing some strange behavior when using my macbook pro m3 Pro

First thing, when trying to shutdown, the laptop keeps restarting after turned off.

Second, when restarted on the logging screen, when i try to enter my password, i never succeed, because of the wrong characters the keyboard emit.

The trackpad is working fine, but as soon as i hit one key on the laptop's keyboard, the trackpad pad only hit right click.

When plugging external mouse and keyboard everything is going well.

I tried safe mode boot, some thing.

I tried creating a new account, some thing.

I tried reinstalling mac os, some thing.

I tried diagnostic, nothing appears.

And the craziest thing is that warrenty expires today :'(

Kind regards,

Check your battery for swelling. Symptoms:

Unexpected trackpad and/or keyboard behavior.

— The gap between the display and the deck is not even when the display is closed.

— The gap between the bottom plate and chassis is uneven in places.

— Some of the screws that hold the bottom plate have popped out.

— The trackpad surface is higher than the surrounding deck surface.

— The computer "rocks" a bit on a known flat surface†.

† I find solid-surface and granite countertops very effective flat test surfaces.

verify Full Keyboard Access did not get turned on

>System Settings>Accessibility >Keyboard>Full Keyboard Access>OFF

Change language(?)

System Settings>Language & Region>change language to here> and select to make it Primary.

Change the region to reflect the location and reboot.

if your internal keyboard has failed— plug in an external keyboard and compare your results.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply, the full keyboard access is off
The language is well configured
The external keyboard works fine

Nothing from the above resolve the problem. It might be a hardware issue, idk, however the diagnostic didn't reveal anything

Regards

I will say the user Diagnostic is not definitive by any means, but may kick out an error code.

Apple’s backbench diagnostic —

AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) is certainly more comprehensive than the consumer Diagnostic.

—A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

***wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries— connect the charging cable, this will make the wired keyboard successful Safe Boot your Mac.

If no insight take it in as posted above.
