Unable to download shared presentation on Keynote added to my Apple Account

My apple account was added as a shared/collaborative KeyNote presentation. I can enter and edit it and all through the link, although it doesn't appear in my presentations at all.

When I try to download it or copy it, I always get an error saying I can't do that. Any solutions? I tried on cellphone, on computer, on Chrome, on Edge, on Vivaldi... I even got a friend who has an iPhone to do it, and she couldn't either.

Please help!!!

Maybe Collaboration doesn't work the way you expect?

As a collaborator on a presentation, you can (as you note) open it an edit it. But it is not your presentation to save.

Shared presentations are owned by the original creator and is stored on Apple's servers to allow multiple editors to work on it concurrently. If you download the presentation to your own account to work on it, you break the collaboration link and run the risk of making changes to the document that are not reflected back in the original (and to other editors).

To get your own copy, the owner will have to send you the document, not just an collaborative link.
