Recovering deeply deleted notes on iPhone 16 Pro

Hello,

I need assistance recovering some important notes that were deleted from my iPhone 16 Pro. Unfortunately, these notes have also been removed from the “Recently Deleted” folder in the Notes app and are no longer visible on iCloud.com.

I’ve already checked:

• iCloud.com (Notes section and Recently Deleted)
• iCloud backups (but I’m not sure if one exists before the deletion)
• The Notes app on my device

I haven’t used any third-party apps for notes, and I don’t have access to a Mac or PC to run recovery software. Is there any way Apple Support can help me retrieve these deeply deleted notes?

Any assistance or possible options would be greatly appreciated, as the notes are extremely important to me.
