Alarm froze up and no alarm sound
In December 2024, I purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro. Unfortunately, the device experienced a serious malfunction — the alarm failed to work, and the phone froze. As a result, I missed my flight, and the entire trip was canceled.
At the same time, my cousin, who uses an iPhone XS with five alarms set, experienced the exact same issue — none of the alarms worked, and his phone also froze.
This is a critical software or device failure that caused us direct financial damage:
- Flight tickets
- Train tickets
- Canceled vacation and associated costs
We hereby request full compensation for the incurred expenses and expect a prompt resolution. Please inform us how Apple intends to resolve this situation and compensate us for the losses caused.
