Missing sent email reply on iPhone
Earlier today I sent a lengthy reply to an email. The reply wasn’t received, and wasn’t saved In any sent folder. Where could it have gone?

Check if the message went to an "Outbox" mailbox / folder. (maybe there was an outage)
Check in the "Drafts" Mailbox / foldr to see if it was accidentally saved instead of sending.
Check the Trash ? or Archive ? (wherever deleted emails end up on your iPhone.)

If still no success:
Maybe sign in to your account on that eMail provider's (g Yahoo GMail etc.) website, and check the usual places there. Also check whether there's any error message, or if you have exceeded the provider's mail storage amount, or the size limit for an e-mail.
Finally: If the email included photos or attachments that made it large in size:
Large emails that are oversized sometimes go by MailDrop (The recipient may still have to download it).
