Connecting iPhone 16 pro to Wi-Fi in an apartment complex with conflicting networks

I bought an iPhone 16 pro yesterday and I am trying to connect to my wifi. I am receiving this message

"This network is operating on Wi-Fi channels in use by several other nearby networks. Restarting your wireless router may allow it to automatically choose the best channel to use, and may resolve this problem.”

I know the standard solution is to restart the router. However, I live in an apartment complex so that's unfortunately not an option. I've tried force restarting my phone (might as well try) but that didn't do anything as I knew it wouldn't. Any advice on what I can do would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Why aren't you able to restart your router?

Check above to see that the OP told us that they live in an apartment complex (and they cannot restart the router because it is in another location within the complex).

This is what the OP posted:

I don't see where it is say it is in another complex, or am I missing it?
