Can I transcribe FaceTime calls to Apple Notes on iOS and iPadOS 18.5?

I would like to be able to open a note and then start a FaceTime session and transcribe the audio of that session into the note, of course after obtaining permission of all participants for such. Is that possible under iPadOS and iOS 18.5?
