Can Voice Memos app do timestamp recordings?

Please tell me if the Voice Memo app is able to timestamp recordings. I understand that you can move the recordings to the iCloud Drive and they are timestamped in the file but that timestamp is when you move the file and not the actual recording of the voice memo.

If anyone has any solutions or an app they recommend that automatically timestamps recordings, please share. I would appreciate it greatly.

The date stays but the time of the recording disappears. If you know a way to save the time of the recording, please share. I have looked at all the settings and have tried everything that I know to try but all of my recordings show the date but not the time. I need the time, that's the most important element for me.

Every VoiceMemo I've ever tried is time stamped with the time I recorded it:

The default titles were also my location. I changed them for privacy reasons.

State the time as you begin recording. Or find another app that does what you want.

I appreciate your response. Stating the time would not be legally binding and I need it to be legally binding. I will search for another app or start recording using video recordings, instead.
