Unable to access MacBook with blocked password and lost iCloud access

my macbook m1 serial number F******N is blocked, I don't remember the password and I lost access to icloud

I am writing to you from another account on a macbook 13 pro I had another icloud to which I lost access. Please help me unlock the macbook with another icloud. I have all the boxes and receipts, and the MacBook itself.
