How can I get more accurate Arabic ↔ English translations for medical and legal use in the Translate app?

Hello Apple Community,

I’m a native Arabic speaker living in the United Kingdom. I use the Apple Translate app daily to communicate with my GP, hospital, solicitor, and in other important areas of my personal life.

However, I’ve noticed that the app sometimes changes or omits words — especially in medical, legal, or sensitive conversations. This often leads to confusion or weakens the message I’m trying to express.

Is there a way to:

• Make Apple Translate more accurate for professional topics like health and law?

• Stop it from simplifying or rephrasing my sentences automatically?

• Improve the quality of the Arabic ↔ English translation in general?

Any tips, settings, or workarounds would be really appreciated. If others have had this experience too, I’d love to know how you deal with it.

Thanks 🙏
