How to get an Apple franchise?

I see, perhaps you meant “franchise”. That can happen. Sorry for not understanding that immediately.

It seems that Apple prefers to either set up their own fully owned Stores, or else partner with selected (large) existing reputable electronics retail chains for in-Store presence (Authorized Resellers), and some slightly smaller consulting firms aiming at businesses.

Please elaborate. Your use of the word “frenchies” must have a different meaning for you than how I have heard others use it.
