Shared Passwords not available in the icloud passwords app

I use a PC and need to access my passwords that are stored in the "passwords app" in iPhone / iPad etc.

We use these passwords within our family and also have various groups set up for parents, children, all etc

From what I can see and also test the passwords app does not allow or show any shared groups only items that are not shared. This seems and is ridiculous as only around 5% of my passwords are not shared and we have hundreds. I assume this is also not just me that has this need or expectation.

I want to keep using the passwords app as I have just got rid of a 3rd party app and would prefer to use a native Apple app for this. Anyway to get this working or escalated so that it can be fixed
