How can I dispute unauthorized Apple Pay transactions?
I had 500 on my Apple Pay and two transactions. I didn’t make one for 200, and one for 300.

Hey,
If you didn’t make those Apple Pay transactions, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges.
Also, check Wallet app for “Report an Issue.”
For safety, go to iCloud.com, use Find My iPhone, and mark your device lost to disable Apple Pay.
Contact Apple Support if needed.
Hope this helps!

Many people confuse Apple Pay, with Apple Cash. If it’s Apple Cash you’re referring to, please contact an Apple Cash Specialist. Apple Cash is serviced and issued by Green Dot Bank. Please contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank.
Contact Green Dot Bank:
Any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions need to be disputed w/ the issuer of the particular payment method. (i.e. debit or credit card issuer)
I think it’s Apple Cash. He needs to talk to Apple Cash Specialist.
No, the chat feature is for Apple Card (Goldman Sachs). For example if you call 1-800-MY-APPLE they transfer you to a Goldmans Sachs (Apple Card) call center. I know of one in Orlando and the associates are third party, not Goldman employees.
If you call about Apple Cash you get transferred to Green Dot Bank. They do not have a chat feature to the best of my knowledge. Their website is said to offer some support, maybe email, but I don’t know for certain.
It’s easy to get cut off if you call about a technical/hardware issue like NFC antenna. Before the call can explain, they get transferred to Green Dot Bank or Goldman and they typically can’t transfer the call, or it gets dropped during the transfer. Just what others have experienced.
Do you mean you see these transactions on a card in your wallet? I don't know what you mean by "500 on my Apple Pay". What are the details of the transaction?
Right … the Green Dot issuer.
Jeff:
I’ve always wondered …
Does Green Dot not communicate at all thru iMessage as “Apple” like Goldman Sachs does?
Thank you.
You’re welcome!
