iPhone 14 camera showing black around the frame even with “View Outside the Frame” on

I have an iphone 14 and I just noticed that when Im taking a selfie or pic that its black around the frame instead of continuing the picture and I checked settings and I have view outside of frame on and it wasn't always like this like it used to work I tried powering off my phone and nothing worked now Im really mad and someone pls help me!!!!!!

When you open your Camera on your iPhone for a selfie, tap the upside down V at the top, then tap 16:9 to change the aspect ratio on the bottom row of options.

Your phone is not hacked. You are likely taking the photo in an aspect ration which is square, which is why you're seeing the borders. You don't have to try what I suggest, but it should fix this for you. Your choice.

I think thats something different bc that changes the size of the picture but Im trying to make it so u can view out the frame like all the way to the top and bottom and it used to work and now it doesn't so i think my phone is hacked or smth
