Family has other members box shows up when trying to join a family

Dear Apple,

I would love to join my friend’s family (consisted only by 4 members so that’s not the issue) but my problem is that a box saying “a family has other members” shows up when i try to join his family.

I tried disabling my own family (i’m the only member) but simply nothing happens when i press the button (i’m currently using iOS 26.0 (23A5287g))

So the issue may be only on the newest iOS.

Could you please help me with that?
