Apple Watch Ultra shut down during dive

Hi,

My AW Ultra shut down during a recreational dive at 30m and never turned back on. Battery was full, no impact. Oceanic+ suspects a hardware issue.

I’ve seen others reporting similar cases on Reddit (over 45k views). Is this a known issue? Could I have missed something in settings or usage?
