iPhone and music from CD'S no longer appears in iTunes Windows 10
I recently opened iTunes in Windows 10 and my music from my CD's and iPhone 14 has disappeared totally

I would hazard a guess that you have installed one or more of Apple Music for Windows, Apple TV, or Apple Devices. Remove them all and iTunes should return to normal.
