Os X El capitan update issue

reset from Os X El Capitan reinstallation in recovery mode for mac book pro 12,1 early 2015. After doing an update (as I remembered, a OS update) the mac kept going to sleep mode while in use and only wakeup after minutes with my keyboard tap to wake it up, in several startup after the updates.

I suspect OS because when I try to get to recovery mode from start up, the problem didnt persist and it working well the whole another reinstallation OS process

I still need to update OS after this reinstallation fix to use new applications so I want to fix this issue

Some context:

My battery died plugged-still, mac working on adapter

Should not be problems from any hid utility of Mac OS like hot corner or sleep mode as it happened so randomly and I tried peaking my sleeping time

please help, thanks so much

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. Keep in mind the only useful diagnostic is one which reports a problem.

Did you perform a clean install of macOS which involves first erasing the drive?

To attempt to install the most recent version of macOS that is compatible with your Mac, you can try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R.

FYI, it sounds like your laptop has a hardware issue of some sort. The macOS installer only has the most basic & minimal components of the full macOS installation so that is probably why you are not noticing any issues while booted to the installer. Or, you have an issue with third party installed software.
