AirPlay Mutes Stereo when switching tracks.

I purchased a new Onkyo TX RZ50 which has AirPlay included. When I AirPlay music from youtube or apple music the volume automatically mutes when advancing to the next track or to a previous track. The firmware for the stereo has been updated. I erased my phone and reset. It does it from my Ipad pro as well. Onkyo peops point the finger at Apple and say it’s an airplay issue.
