Recovering photos from old iPhones with unknown passcodes

These are all old iPhones. And I highly doubt I’ll remember the passcodes. Could I possibly just send them all into Apple and have them do it?

Original Title: So i have a bunch of old iphones, as early as iphone 3! But i would like to recover all the pictures from all these devices. What will be my best plan of action? Keep in mind i more than likley do not know the passcodes any longer. Thanks in advance!
