Tracking a stolen Apple Watch after it disappears from Find My

My watch was stolen. I did everything as suggested, put it in lost mode, sent it a message and played the sound. It remained only and I could locate it for about 1 month-(the police did not act on finding it). After a month it has disappeared from FindMy and it is offline. Is there anything else I can do to get it back or track it? The support pages just send me around in circles telling me to do everything I’ve already done.
