So I was deleteing apps to free up the storage on my phone cuz like yknoe I’m a kid I need a bunch of apps. So like I’m deleting apps like and when I hold on my screen and let go 2 apps didn’t have the X.

Apple won't let you delete certain apps that come with your iPhone. (Photos, App Store, Settings, Messages, Phone, Camera, etc...)

Not Being Apple to Delete Apps:
OK...So, what are the apps? As mentioned, some app just can't be deleted. You cannot delete builtin apps. However, you can hide them through use of Screen Time. See Here: Use the Health App on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

sounds like you can not delete those apps.
