Reactivating AppleCare+ after changing payment method and country settings

Hi, I used to have AppleCare+ for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, but I changed my payment method and country settings and I just realized the coverage was canceled.


I didn’t cancel it intentionally. Can you help me reactivate or re-enroll?
