Pairing Apple Watch without two-factor authentication.

I just upgraded apple watch and its stop working. But when I try to setup my Apple Watch (which was previously paired with my old iPhone running IPhone 8 ),. Is there any way to do that without 2FA?

Alos i have Apple air tag that don't works too i try also chipolo that don't work too as i don't use any sim card on my phone so how i can enable 2 factory auth

So question is if i go to Apple shop with recipe can i get my money back as im thinking to buy Samsung phone

Also i don't know which version is this apple watch as i bought this maybe 3 years ago in Vietnam on holiday and used maybe 3 times.
