Heart rate monitoring not working properly in Apple Watch Series 10

Has anyone had the issue of your series 10 Apple Watch not recording Heart Rate the first 10ish minutes of a run? I don’t have this problem with my series 9 and I already followed Apple’s guide for fixing it. Still, not working.
