I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max and in the last couple of weeks I have not been able to send a picture message with text to an android user I just need to know why this is happening now with iPhone please help

Double check message settings to ensure MMS is turned on.
If it is turned on then contact your phone carrier to resolve the issue, as MMS is their feature.
