premission for photos camera and mic arent popping up for apps

So like basically, I’m trying to post my friend for her birthday and I go to instagram story posts and it’s saying to allow permission for camera so I click on it and it sends me to settings on settings there’s like no photos or camera option so I’m like, okkk? Weird. So I go to snap same thing there,TikTok same thing there, so then I go to send a voice note to my friend on ig explaining and like that’s not working either. So I start to look it up someone says to log out and delete apps so I did that, didn’t work, I don’t have screen time either but I still checked to see if it was on don’t allow for camera, photos, and microphone, and it was on allow. So I’m like ok now what. So someone said to reset location and privacy I do that still don’t work so I power on and off my phone still didn’t work. And now I’m all out of ideas.
