Complaint Regarding Siri Privacy Issue and Unintended Activations.I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue I have experienced with Apple's Siri voice assistant. I own iPhone 13pro and have encountered multiple instances where Siri activated without my prompt, especially during private conversations.

This is a user to user support forum. You're not talking directly to Apple here. FWIW I see there was a recent class action lawsuit over this topic, presumably in the US. You had to submit your claim by July 2nd.

From the FAQ: "In order to receive a payment, you must complete and submit a valid Claim Form by July 2, 2025."
Furthermore, "If you are a Class Member and you do nothing, you will not be eligible to receive a Class Payment. However, you will still be bound by the Settlement. That is, you will not receive a payment, but you will give up the rights explained in FAQ 9, including your right to start a lawsuit, continue with a lawsuit, or be part of any other lawsuit against Apple related to the Lawsuit or for claims that in any way are related to the subject matter of the claims in this Lawsuit."

Actually, joining is automatic. If the OP was part of the class and did nothing, they are still part of the class. But it is now too late either for them to get a payment, or to exclude themselves so they can bring legal action on their iown. They would be among the class members guaranteed to get nothing.
