My son deleted my previous backups to create space for a new back up in the iCloud account . This seems to have deleted all my notes on my phone . I have searched everywhere but they are gone . It was on July 12th . Can anyone help ?

This action would have absolutely no effect on your iPhone’s (then) current notes. Something else happened that made them disappear.
Start by checking Settings > Apps > Notes > Notes Accounts and be certain you understand exactly what account houses your notes.
There is nothing in my recently deleted notes !
So if I had an old email address coukd they be linked to that? Even first big my current log in on my phone ? How could I prove that ?
