Stopping Top Hit In Safari Search

The top hit when I search has become the most annoying thing I have dealt with on my Mac in years. I have searched on how to stop it and nothing works. I don't want it to show, I don't need it and I need help in stopping it as it's irrelevant to me & what I am searching for. Its always a prior web page I went to in the pas that I am not looking for.

Can anyone help me please to completely remove it?
