FWIW, there is a third-party app called Middle. Perhaps that will work for you.
I believe it's the same app on the App Store but called MiddleTouch.
Clicking on a mouse wheel has different outcomes depending on how it's set up. You can create different gestures for a Trackpad.
Are you asking about some kind of haptic feedback? The trackpad may do that to convey input feedback for certain actions in certain apps, such as Numbers, but it would be application-specific.
Even with Numbers I seem to recall it using haptic feedback, but it may have only been implemented on iOS devices, or it I have been using some earlier version. In any event it's a feature that would need to be implemented by the app developer. All I can tell you is that it's possible.
Let’s say you have a regular Logitech physical mouse.
It has left button, middle button (wheel), right button.
You can scroll on the middle button (Wheel)
But you can also click on the middle button (Wheel) (Which I want to do this.)
How can I do this on the trackpad?

What is the equivalent of middle mouse button click on the trackpad of Macbook?
I guess I wasn't clear. For example, I have a Logitech mouse I use with my M3 iMac. Clicking the mouse wheel doesn't do anything. What it does depends on what it's programmed to do. Without knowing what yours does there no way to know how to do it with a Trackpad.
You're going to have to explain what you mean by a "Mousewheel" click, versus a normal click.

Thank you very much.
You're welcome.
