Every time i select ApplePay as a paymentfir an online purchase,the sale is declined.

Apple is not a bank and cannot approve or decline your payment/transaction. Only the issuing bank of the credit or debit card can approve or decline transactions.
Please contact the support team at your bank and ask why they are declining your transactions.
