Purchased series from Apple TV doesn't appear on web and Android

Hi, yesterday I bought the mr robot box set (all 4 seasons) on the macos application, and so my first idea was to watch it on the apple tv website, but when I tried to search for it, no result which was curious because it was well visible on the application. Then I tried on my iphone, no problem I found it, and finally I tried on a friend's android who downloaded apple tv for the occasion and mr robot also doesn't appear anywhere on his device. I also tried on the apple tv application on a windows device (it crashes every 20 minutes) and I have mr robot on here.

So basically to summarize the show :

• On Macbook : shows up on the application / doesn't show up on web
• On Windows : shows up on the application (but bad application) / doesn't show up on web
• On Iphone : shows up on the application
• On Android : doesn't show up on the application

Do you guys have any fix for it ? I just can't really understand how is it even possible
