Impact of deleting file to free up storage space

I am running out of space on my mac. Turns out I have a file in my Users/Library/Container that is taking up 54 GB. It's an imap.mail.yahoo.com string. May I delete it without zapping all of my emails?

I doubt it. What is its fully qualified pathname please? To find out, select the item then two-finger tap to bring up a contextual menu. With that contextual menu open, hold an option key and select "Copy <...> as Pathname". Paste it here. Please obscure your name.

Presumably, you already are in the habit of routinely backing up your Mac. If you are not do nothing unless of course you don't care about what's on it.
