iTunes freezing and requiring PC reboot on Windows 11
Over 6 months ago I posted about a problem with iTunes frequently freezing up. Despite at least 3 software updates and some information sent to me that the problems appears to lie with Windows 11 no one has taken steps to correct the problem. You want us all to continue buy music and use the platform to listen to it but it really removes a lot of the joy out of the listening experience when you have to stop several times, reboot your pc and open iTunes to continue. If Apple can't correct this, you should be working with Windows to do so. I don't think this is a major undertaking so please step up to serve your faithful customers.
