“Can Apple clarify why the $10 minimum is now strictly enforced, and if there are plans to allow smaller top-ups again?

I use Apple Cash for everything but this change is going to severely impact the way I handle my financials. I’ve heard others just switched to cash app and stopped using Apple Cash but I was hoping I didn’t have to join them. This is such a small feature but I use it in big ways and I would really like to have the ability to add any amount small or big to my balance. Please someone must know something about this.??

AFAIK, Apple Cash has ALWAYS had a $10 minimum “top up” from a debit card.

I know that my own AppleCash has always had this limit.

For someone who uses AppleCash for “everything” — it might seem implausible that this would constitute a “significant burden.”

As far as your question about future plans, you’d have to contact the issuer (Green Dot Bank).

Their contact info is in the “Terms and Conditions” section of the Wallet card.
