Unwanted app download on iPhone via Safari: Hacking concerns

So what got an iPhone pop up asking me to download an app and it took me straight to the App Store and I accidentally downloaded the app but I uninstalled it instantly and I did a safety check on my iPhone and I also double checked for any suspicious apps and this is all happening on safari to me, should I be worried about my phone getting hacked everything seems normal but I’m worried that my iPhone may get hacked I have a 2-authorization code on most of my apps that I have downloaded, and I changed my passwords should I still be worried??
